There is a lot of stuff going on this weekend in TLD news!
Website Launch
First of all, welcome to our new and improved website! We are extremely excited to announce that you can now order games straight from here!
We made this online store so you can:
- check our inventory
- purchase/reserve* games
- special order games
- pre-order games
*We do not currently offer any shipping. All orders will be picked up at TLD’s retail location during store hours, or at our weekly game night. If you must have your order shipped please contact us before making your purchase and we will see what we can do.*
This is the first time our store will be live so please be patient with us if you run into any bugs. Feel free to give us feedback here so we can fix any problems that may arise.
REVEL Bar Opening
For the past few months, The Rust Belt Market has been working on their new bar, REVEL, and this weekend it will finally be open to the public!
You will find the same local flavor at REVEL that we have all come to love about The Rust Belt Market. They will be serving White Pine Coffee, a TLD favorite, that is roasted in Lake Orion, Michigan. (Their cold brew coffee, Crackalaka, has the caffeine equivalency of 4 cups of coffee. This stuff is not for the weak at heart.) It will also be fully stocked with Michigan beers and speciality cocktails. Check out their complete beer and cocktail list here.
There will be a seating area, in addition to seating at the bar, that looks into the 4,000 sq. ft. event space as well as the bar area. It’s a great place to people watch and take a break while walking around the Market. You can also bring your drinks right over to our shop and play a game with us!
Make sure to check out their terrarium while you’re there! It’s filled with carnivorous plants and six poison dart frogs!

Drifter Coffee One-Year Anniversary Party
This Sunday, July 15th, you can come and play games with us at Drifter Coffee’s one-year anniversary party! We will be inside Our/Detroit, a local vodka distillery, with a stack of games. It costs $0 to come and play!
